Policies at Lucky Horseshoe Games
A zone-based flat rate shipping fee will be applied to all orders. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. UPS or USPS will be the shipping providers. We do not ship to PO boxes. Rates are as follows:
$12.00: CT, DE, D.C., IN, KY, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, TN, VT, VA, WV
$14.00: AL, FL, GA, IL, ME, MI, MN, SC, WI
$16.00: AR, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, NE
$18.00: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, ND, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY
Lucky Horseshoe Games (LHG) will only accept items purchased from LHG as returns. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee. LHG does not cover shipping costs on returns. Any damaged items that LHG receives back as a return will be subject to an additional fee. All returns to LHG are subject to a 10% restocking fee - this fee is waived if the purchaser chooses to apply the refund as a store credit toward a purchase at LHG. Items are only eligible for a return if they are in the same unused condition and in the original packaging, which must include the sealed shrink-wrap. LHG will not issue any refund for games that have been opened and/or used.
LHG will issue refunds as a store credit or in the form of the original payment method. LHG will need a copy of the sales receipt which may include the original email receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item(s). All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
LHG does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside companies/vendors. LHG may release account information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of LHG. LHG strongly believes in protecting your privacy. Any customer data that is collected by LHG is protected against unauthorized access.
